You know, rates are flexible. No two projects are exactly alike, so I don’t like to throw out cookie cutter prices.
If you would like to see a general industry price list, you can do so here.
To accurately quote your project there are several pieces of information which I need:
- The Copy – A sample of the text to be used. – Final copy must be supplied without errors and all abbreviations, addresses and complicated names or special vocabulary must be spelled out phonetically – for clients who need assistance with creating copy or correcting vocabulary I am happy to help but additional fees will apply.
- The Copy Length – either in minutes and seconds |00:00| or a word count for narration, and larger projects.
- The intended usage for the audio as well as the period of time in which it will be used. Prices can be done by time, or as a total buyout of the material.
- If this is a one time recording or part of a larger project.
- What types of editing will be needed. I can supply raw audio or edited audio depending on your needs and whether this is going to be used directly or go through additional production.
- The deadline in which the project needs to be completed.
Any retakes due to errors in performance, tone or speed need to be reported to me within one week of the project.
Large script rewrites or totally new copy will signify a new project and have additional costs.
The final project will be delivered to you with a watermark audio on the recording. Upon final payment a full production copy will be sent to you.
Regardless of your budget I am always willing to see if we can work something out. I love doing this and value the relationships that I build with my clients.
Clients are like family, and I will do everything in my power to give you what you request.
